Terms and Conditions.
Samden Pty Ltd has disclosed the following terms and conditions.
All orders placed with Samden Pty Ltd shall constitute an offer to the company and are subject to product availability. Acknowledgment of orders is dealt with by Samden Pty Ltd representatives and is handled within a buyer demand and supply system. Deliveries of orders fall under the delivery terms and conditions once buyer contact has been initiated.
Prices, unless stated otherwise, are subject to additional freight surcharge and 10% Goods and Services Tax for Australian customers. Price fluctuations are common and change depending on special offer variations. A buyer’s quotation may be modified depending on current prices in which Samden Pty Ltd has the ability to review. Goods that are ordered by fax, email or telephone (not by shopping cart transaction) will be issued with invoice upon delivery and payment is due upon receipt of goods. Samden Pty Ltd sustains the quality and condition of all Professional Surgical Instruments and maintains the subsequent returns, delivery and warranty terms and conditions.

DELIVERY POLICY
Samden Pty Ltd endeavor to provide overnight delivery on most commonly stocked items, however, any dates or periods for the delivery of goods are calculated estimates and approximations only. Whilst Samden Pty Ltd aim to comply with such dates or periods we can not guarantee such delivery as external factors are involved.Samden Pty Ltd has absorbed the extra fuel surcharges despite escalating costs.
The company shall be entitled to cancel or withhold any delivery of goods if the buyer is in breach of any obligation, contract or otherwise.
Various outside circumstances may affect delivery charges in which customers can expect a 2-3% increase on such costs annually.

RETURNS POLICY
Please review the following returns policy as it governs the purchase of Professional Surgical Instruments from Samden Pty Ltd.
No items will be accepted for return thirty days after the original invoice date.
Samden customer service (02 9546 6272) must pre-approve any product return request. The packaging slip and the shipping container must be clearly marked with a returns address or the request may be jeopardized. When proceeding with a returns request, quote the original order number and date of the order and reason for return. All products are to be returned in the original packaging with sterile products maintaining their primary state with no damaged seals or packs. For returns based on error, all shipping charges will be absorbed by Samden Pty Ltd with no additional restocking fees or charges.

WARRANTY
Professional Surgical Instruments carry a “lifetime warranty” of each instrument. The usual and anticipated life span of any instrument in typical circulation is 10 years. Customers will note that instruments must be used for their intended purpose. The above warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. Samden Pty Ltd does not accept liability for warranty against instruments that have been noticeably misused or incorrectly handled. Any product return must be pre-approved by Samden Pty Ltd, who will then supply shipping instructions.
